Custom Headers

In addition to our premium fixture-built headers we also offer custom headers fabricated on your vehicle.
We have 20+ years experience building custom door car headers. The fit, service-ability, and horsepower
of our custom headers are second to none. Our shop builds custom headers for several Fast Street Car
Series and Pulling organizations nationally.

We also offer more flange options for competition cylinder heads than any other header manufacturer. And, our work isn't limited to race and street cars. We also do motorcycles, dyno and performance boats too. The headers below/right are for a blown jet boat. They are double wall stainless steel and act as a "pre-heater" for the water thats used in the blocks cooling.

In an effort to provide even faster service we have created this checklist to help you prepare your vehicle for fabrication of a new set of headers.

1. Is all of the suspension complete and adjusted?
   
   
2. Is the engine/transmission located as it would be for competition use?
   
   
3. If using a mock-up engine, does it have the same deck height, head type, oil pan, starter, etc. as the one being used in competition?
   
   
4. Be sure the steering shaft is finished or make arrangements for us to create one for you.
   
   
5. Bring all tools and personel neccessary to load and unload your vehicle.
